Sophia Floersch has returned to FIA Formula 3 this season after multiple years competing in endurance racing. Often the only female driver on track at a Grand Prix weekend, she is never afraid to speak out about the need for more diversity in formula series and is actively advocating for gender diversification through her role as an Alpine Rac(h)er Ambassador.
